I’m sorry I’ve been silent for so long. The transition from Nashville to Dallas was much harder than I had anticipated. First of all, I had to spend a bazillion dollars flying my stuff home, which was embarrassing. I got a job in retail, which is exhausting. Let me tell you, I have de-robed and dismantled one too many mannequins for my comfort level. On top of my full-time job, I’m training for a half marathon and trying to have coffee with everybody and their mother. I also got to host some friends from school for a week, which was fun but so bizarre to blend my worlds. College and high school got along well.
Overall, I’m (literally) running myself dry, and the little writing energy I do have, I exert on my book, which I had intended to be done by the end of June. I can tell you with full confidence that my deadline will be extended. I apologize to all of you who are still waiting to read it. I hope you guys think it’s as good as I do.
When time graciously falls into my lap, I intend to blog about these things:
-The art of being alone
-What I learned my freshman year of college
-The different areas of wellness
-How to journal
If any of those topics interest you, stay tuned. Or better yet, let me know what you want to read about. It’d be nice to know that y’all are still trekking with me.
All my love,
